Genosphere Biotechnologi is een van de meest professionele fabrikanten en leveranciers van antilichamen in Parijs (Frankrijk, EU).
Sinds 1997 bieden wij onze eigen betrouwbare productieservice voor monoklonale antilichamen (mab) en polyklonale antilichamen (pab). Wij bieden een complete totaaloplossing: antigeenselectie, peptidesynthese, conjugatie, immunisatie, antilichaamisolatie en -zuivering, en opschaling.
Onze immunisatieservice immuniseert muizen, ratten, cavia's, konijnen, kippen en geiten met peptiden en eiwitten (>10 kDa) naar keuze.
Voor de productie van peptide-geïnduceerde antilichamen tegen eiwitten selecteren en synthetiseren wij immunogene epitopen. De peptide-antigenen worden vervolgens geconjugeerd aan bijvoorbeeld OVA of KLH.
Als alternatief kunnen wij ook antigeensynthese aanbieden met een polylys-kern (MAP**) in plaats van een dragereiwit.
Wij bewaken de titer continu gedurende het gehele project.
De antilichamen zijn optioneel verkrijgbaar als totaal IgG of als affiniteitsgezuiverd IgG of IgY met een titer > 1:20.000.
Onze monoklonale antilichamen (mab) zijn verkrijgbaar met een titer > 1:50.000 (ELISA).
Op verzoek kunnen muizen, ratten en konijnen ook een speciaal graandieet krijgen om kruisreactiviteit tegen (groene) plantaardige eiwitten te verminderen.
Het verlengen of voortzetten van een succesvol immunisatieproject is mogelijk door tijdig te bestellen , zodat er geen waardevolle antilichamen verloren gaan. Dit is met name relevant voor de immunisatie van geiten, waar het commerciële gebruik van polyklonale antilichamen van consistente kwaliteit vaak van cruciaal belang is.
** MAP: De peptide(s) worden rechtstreeks gesynthetiseerd op een vertakkende lysinekern met 8, 16 of 32 kopieën van de antigene peptide(s) gekoppeld aan de kern via het COOH-terminale aminozuur.

This combination typically refers to a bio-engineering or drug-delivery strategy where poly(DOPA) (polydopamine or poly-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine) acts as an adhesive anchor to covalently bind an AMP (Antimicrobial Peptide) to a surface, often using a molecular spacer.
poly-DOPA / Polydopamine (PDA): Inspired by marine mussels, this mussel-inspired polymer spontaneously coats almost any material (metals, plastics, ceramics) in an alkaline environment. It is rich in catechol and amine groups, providing an ideal, biocompatible "glue" to firmly anchor functional molecules to an implant or nanoparticle.
Spacer: A short, flexible molecular chain (e.g., polyethylene glycol - PEG, or amino acids like glycine) placed between the poly-DOPA anchor and the AMP.
